Born in North Dakota, raised in Boston, Rebecca Zadig-Escalera spent her adult life in Santa Cruz while attending San Jose State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a Minor in Business Management in 2001. Since 2009 Rebecca calls Truckee home and Tahoe Forest Cancer Center her work family.

Rebecca can be found at the front desk greeting you with her glowing smile. She is enthusiastic about the growing Cancer Center and the opportunity to be a part of the fight against cancer with such a talented and focused team who are committed to the happiness and well being of their patients.

This multitasking wife and mother of a girl and twin boys can be found enjoying the Tahoe outdoors with family and friends. She enjoys alpine skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, and wake surfing, but her passion is her diverse fitness program. She is always willing to part with some knowledge of wellness and wellbeing or just lend some encouraging words.
