Accreditation is a voluntary commitment aimed at making sure that a cancer program offers a full range of services required to diagnose, treat, rehabilitate and support patients and their families. Continual evaluation of program performance promotes patient engagement and high-quality patient care.

You just can’t help but smile when you see Amy Noble at the reception desk as you enter the Gene Upshaw Memorial Tahoe Forest Cancer Center. Her warmth is genuine as she reaches out to greet you. Officially, Amy is called a PBX Operator, which means she operates the “Post Box Exchange” telecommunications system.
